No sharing of others’ personal data without consent; no doxxing.
No minors’ content or age-misrepresentation. Zero tolerance.
No spam, scams, misrepresentation, or attempts to defraud.
Respect intellectual property and third-party rights.

7. User Content

You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute it to provide the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Safety & UK Online Safety

We implement reporting and moderation tools and may request verification to comply with applicable safety and age-verification requirements. Illegal content and credible threats may be reported to authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, logos, UI and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Do not copy, reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services & Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their errors or outages. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
